First of all, we expect that you will feel warmly welcomed from the moment you walk through the door. The Pentecostals of Jonesboro family is multi-generational, with a mixture of different ethnic backgrounds. Dress tends to be business casual, but there’s always a range from ties to jeans.

From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you’ll be made to feel at home.

You will be given a weekly updated bulletin, which will keep you informed with all that is happening at POJ. We also have our weekly announcements on the large HD screens in the sanctuary.

After entering the building and being greeted by a member of our Hospitality Team, you will find one of our trained Hosts who will assist you in finding a seat that you are comfortable with. After being seated, we urge you to help us connect with you by filling out our Connect Card, which can be turned in during the offering. This card is our way of getting to know you better and is also our future link to letting you know what is happening at The Pentecostals of Jonesboro.

You can fill out as much information as you feel comfortable with giving.

You will be blessed by an anointed worship team who is passionate about leading you into the presence of God. After the worship, you will be blessed with some of the most passionate preaching that you will ever hear. This is truly anointed, passionate, and creative speaking, which will help you apply the living Word of God to your every day life.

POJ offers Sunday learning and worship opportunities for the entire family. Our Sunday mornings are split into two services. One service begins at 9am and then another service at 11am. You can feel free to come to one service or the other!
Wednesday Night is another great gathering at 7:00 PM. The children will be in the Children’s Center with POJ Kid’s staff. For adults, Wednesday nights offer special break out classes: Pastor’s Bible Study, Young Marrieds, Singles, and College and Career to name a few.

Tithes and Offerings

Financial offerings are contributed by those who consider POJ their regular place of worship. You are not expected to give unless you choose to do so. Donation envelopes are available in the foyer, if you wish to receive a tax receipt for your donation.

Greeters are available at our doors and will help answer any questions or concerns that you might have. The first time you meet with us, we hope you will see why POJ is a favorite place for families in the Northeast Arkansas area to worship.

We hope to see you soon!

The Pentecostals of Jonesboro is a church striving to become a 21st Century Apostolic Church. We are founded upon the belief that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God.
  • We believe in the great commission and are endeavoring to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with love, mercy and compassion.
  • We believe there is only one God (Deuteronomy 6:4 ). He is the creator of heaven and earth, and of all living beings. He has revealed Himself to humanity as the Father (Creator), as the Son (Savior), and as the Holy Ghost (indwelling Spirit).
  • We believe in water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin through baptism.
  • We identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ Romans 6:3-6; Colossians 2:11-14; Acts 2:38.
  • We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial sign of speaking in other tongues. Acts 2:4
  • We believe in the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. He ministers to His people through tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy; words of knowledge and wisdom, discerning of spirits, faith, working of miracles, healing, helps and government. Mark 16:15-18; Acts 5:16; 2 Corinthians 12:1-11
